Five integrated systems — AI controller, solar power, 12-slot dispensing, real-time telemetry, and safety compliance — engineered to operate autonomously at scale.

The central brain of Hydration Nation One. An embedded AI controller manages wristband authentication, order queuing, throughput optimization, and real-time telemetry — all without cloud dependency. The system runs predictive inventory models to flag refill needs before slots run dry, and logs every transaction with tamper-evident audit trails.
Two removable solar awnings deploy on-site to maximize energy capture while providing shade for the dispensing area. A 7.2 kWh Tesla-style battery bank stores surplus energy for night operations or cloudy conditions. The system manages power draw intelligently — prioritizing dispensing, cooling, and telemetry in that order.
Twelve external drink bays operate simultaneously, each with two removable refill containers for seamless hot-swap replenishment. The dispensing mechanism targets one drink every 5 seconds per unit — 720 drinks per hour. Food-contact compliant materials throughout, with automated sanitization cycles between refill events.
Every dispense event, refill action, and system state change is logged and streamed to the operations dashboard. Event organizers and operators get real-time throughput metrics, inventory forecasts, and alert notifications — enabling data-driven staffing and logistics decisions before problems occur.
Designed from the ground up for outdoor electrical safety, food-contact compliance, and towing regulations. Tamper-evident enclosures, role-based access controls, and automated fault isolation protect both users and operators. Certifications for food safety, outdoor electrical operation, and towing are planned pre-launch.
